6 serving Publix Cottage Cheese Small Curd 4% milkfat 12 serving Publix low moisture Mozzarella Cheese 3 serving Ragu Chunky Garlic,Tomato & Onion (whole jar) 4 serving Mids Italian Sausage 4 serving Kraft Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese 12 oz Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage (2oz cooked) (by ALPENROSE) 1292 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw
Slice 4-5 Large Zuchinni to layer like noodles. Precook sausage, mix cottage cheese, 2 eggs,and sausage together. Make sauce by mixing the Mids italian sausage and ragu together, chop bell pepper and onion. First lay zuchinni, then cottage cheese mixture, then pepperoni,onions and bell pepper. Top with red sauce then mozzerella cheese, doing each layer the same way. The top layer gets parm and mozzerella cheese. Bake 45-60 minutes depending on oven at 350
