Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground Lamb8 oz lean ground Turkey1 tbsp Kraft Greek calorie wise dressing 1 tbsp fresh Oregano, chopped2 cloves Garlic, minced2 whole wheat Pita Break pitas - cut in half
Directions
Prepare grill or broiler.

Combine dressing & oregano and mix well. Add Lamb and Turkey and shap into 6 patties.

Place patties on grill or broiler pan coated wtih cooking spray - cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Cut pattties in half. Place the 2 patty halves in each pita half. Goes great with Fennel Salad or Tzatziki sauce!

    These were delicious. I used fat free Caesar salad dressing instead of the Greek dressing and 1 tsp of feta cheese per burger. - 1/22/12
