Keto Green Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
2.0 pats Butter, salted0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.5 cup, Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 tsp Onion powder0.25 tsp Paprika0.25 tsp Paprika0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt3.0 medium Green Tomatoes1 oz crushed Pork Rinds2.0 tsp Celery flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F. Spray Pam in 8x8 casserole dish. Turn burner on simmer. Add cream and all spices. Allow to simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Slice green tomatoes thinly. Add 1 layer to bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar shreds. Add second layer of thinly sliced green tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese shreds. Gently pour cream mixture over cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle crushed pork rinds over top of tomatoes. Bake in oven on 325F for 40 to 50 minutes. Feel free to use chopped celery and onions. My family prefers powdered spices. Try other types of shredded cheeses or flavored pork rinds. Serving Size: 1/6th of casserole
