32.0 oz Shrimp, cooked16.0 oz Octopus4.0 cup Head Lettuce - 1 cup shredded or chopped (55g)16.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 medium Carrots, raw8.0 serving Purple Onion Rings 1 svg = 2 rings1.0 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)1.0 tbsp, drained Capers, canned16.0 jumbo Black Olives4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice2.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)1.0 cup Parsley100.0 grams Cilantro, raw4.0 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving)
Cook raw shrimp with celery and carrots and onions to soften, add precooked octopus and let cool. Add rest of ingredients refrigerate and hour and enjoy.
