Ingredients
1 cup Canned Black Beans1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw diced2 clove Garlic minced1 tsp Cumin seed 4 c Brown rice
Directions
Cook beans, onion, garlic, and cumin until warmed through.
Prepare rice.
Serve rice with beans over the top. May also top with salsa or Greek yogurt.
