Keto Focus, Basic Egg Loaf

Ingredients
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Cream Cheese 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1/3 cup (5.3 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 1/4 cup (57 grams) Light Whipping Cream 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla, Extract Artificial (Club House)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or blender and mix together until cream cheese is fully incorporated.
3 . Pour into a loaf pan lined with damp parchment paper. Leave a couple of inches of parchment paper hanging over the edges for easy lifting out of the pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The egg loaf should be firm to the touch but will deflate as it cools. Once cooled slice up into the desired thickness.
Fry in some butter for great Keto french toast which can be served with Lakanto maple flavoured syrup and berries
