Banana Flax Pancakes

1.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh12.0 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Mash the banana in a small bowl. Stir in the egg beaters and flax meal. Fry on griddle sprayed with non stick spray until done.

Serving Size: Makes 4 small pancakes.
