10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat1.0 cup Spinach, canned1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese4.0 oz John Morrell Mini Cubed Ham - 96% Fat 1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Mix eggs and cottage cheese with beater or food processor. Mix all the other ingredients Bake in muffin pan. Let cool before you refrigerate.
