General Tao tofu

Ingredients
450 grams Tofu, firm 0.25 cup Corn Starch 2 clove Garlic 3 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 serving Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g) 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 0.75 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
1. Cut the tofu in dices and coat with corn starch.
2. Heat the oil, add the tofu and cook until golden.
3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for a fry minutes.
