Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese 2/3 cup skim milk1/2 tsp. garlic powderbutter-flavored nonstick cooking spray (optional)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 450
2. Mix Bisquic, milk & garlic powder to make a soft dough. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by 10-12 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown. Spray warm biscuits with cooking spray (if desired) before removing them from cookie sheet.
