Directions
Mix dry ingredients (except brown sugar) and set aside. Beat wet ingredients and gently fold into dry until incorporated. It should be lumpy but moist. Add more milk if needed. Last, gently fold in blueberries. top with brown sugar and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 medium sized muffins.
