Whaddy Mean That Was a Lamb Burger??

24 oz Lamb Chop (bone in)1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 6 serving Hamburger Bun (White, Small) 6 tbsp Tzatziki Sauce
Meat Preparation:
1. Cut the meat off of the bone
2. Cube the lamb chops
3. Use a meat grinder or food processor to grind the meat into a course texture
4. Add oregano and lemon juice and mix well
5. Form into 6 equal size patties
Grilling and Finishing:
1. Pre-heat grill
2. Grill to medium-rare or medium
3. Toast the cut side of the buns on the grill
4. When burgers are done, dress with feta cheese and tzatziki sauce
For a lower calorie version, serve open-faced with just half the bun
