Ingredients
1.0 stick Butter, salted0.25 cup Milk, 1%5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Baking Powder10.0 tsp Splenda4.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour
Directions
Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the whites until stiff. Melt butter. Add all dry ingredients to the egg yolks and mix. Add flavors (like vanilla or cinnamon) to the milk and add to the mix. Fold in egg whites and put 1/3 batter into waffle iron, letting it sit a moment before flipping. Serving Size: 3 waffles
