1.5 cup Beans, black (1 can, drained and rinsed) 1.0 tsp Garlic0.5 tsp Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 tsp Paprika0.5 tsp Onion powder1.5 cup Kroger Quinoa0.5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
Directions
Process until smooth. Form into parties. Fry in an oiled pan 3-5 min per side until browned.
