1.0 serving Genuine Muscle Milk Chocolate Non-Dairy Protein Shake (11oz)2.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)1.0 tbsp Honey1.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp4.0 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder
Directions
Stir all dry ingredients and honey together then add Muscle Milk and stir again. Refrigerate overnight. Skip honey if too sweet.
