Ingredients
3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 8 oz Coconut Water (Zico) 11oz 1 small (2" dia) (approx 5 per l Peaches, fresh 1 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) .5 cup *Great Value Red Raspberries Frozen 3 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 1 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey 1 cup fresh Triple Washed Organic Spinach1 cup Spinach, Baby (Simple Truth Organic)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on Frappe speed for about a minute or until all ingredients are well blended. Pour into glasses.
Serve immediately.

    Thanks! You can easily vary this with other fruit. Sometimes I add banana, mangoes, shredded coconut, or assorted honey flavors.
