Ingredients
4.0 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp Olive Oil2.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Cut onion in slices and in half. Then break apart rings. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Toss together with remaining ingredients. Best made at least a couple hours prior to serving and put in fridge until ready to serve.
