2.0 tbsp Basil0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)0.25 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)0.25 cup Tofu, firm0.25 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Add all ingredients to high power blender and blend on high until creamy. Add water to adjust consistency, but wait until blueberries thaw for accuracy. Serving Size: Makes approx 2 1/3 c servings after blender waste.
