0.75 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched 16 tbsp Coconut Flour, Let's Do Organic 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 56 gram(s) Pure Xylitol 4 tbsp stevia extract 8 tbsp Kerrygold Irish Butter, Salted (1 Tbsp/14 g) 0.75 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 0.25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 0.5 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven 350 F Combine wet ingredients Combine dry ingredients Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients Add pecans Sprinkle cinnamon/sweetener on each one. Divide into 6 large muffins or into 12 small muffins. Bake for 20 - 25 mins. Cool 5 mins. Enjoy! Serving Size: 1
