Warm Potato Salad

Ingredients
Add grapeseed oil to large skillet. Add two tbs cummin seeds and lightly brown. Cut up red potatoes in small bite size pieces and add to skillet. Add cut up mushrooms and cook all ingredients until golden.Place lettuce in large salad bowl, Add feta cheese to skillet, immediately remove from heat and arrange contents of skillet over lettuce. Place tomato slices around salad bowl contents, drizzle with lime juice and serve.You can add meat to this dish for more protein and to make it a main entree.
