2 lbs. Ground Sirloin Beef 90/10, Sterling Silver Premium Beef 2 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts 1 Tbls Tapioca Flour1 cup Central Dairy milk - 2% reduced fat milk3 Cups Finely Shredded Italian Style Cheese2 cup Green Beans, (Frozen), french style 32 oz. serving Ore Ida tater tots
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brown ground beef, draining all liquid then place in bottom of 9X13 casserole dish. Whisk tapioca flour and milk together; heat in saucepan over med-low burner. Add beef base and stir until thickened. Pour over beef in casserole dish. Next, sprinkle cheese; spread green beans evenly; then top with tots. Bake until tater tots are heated throughout and crispy, approximately 20-30 minutes.
