Ingredients
5 cups sliced Okra1/3 cup Yellow Cornmeal1 tsp. Old Bay SeasoningCanola cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice Okra until you have approximately 5 cups. Mix Yellow Cornmeal & Old Bay in a bowl with lid. Add okra & cover with lid & shake until well coated. Spray a Baking sheet with cooking spray. Put okra on sheet & spray top with cooking spray.

Bake at 375 for for 20 minutes. Take out & flip okra with spatula & bake for 15-20 minutes more.
