Ingredients
1000 gram(s) aubergine (by DEEDDINE) 2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 cup, cubes Turnips 10 tbsp coriander fresh (by MJSPHOTO6) 4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root 1 tbsp Lemongrass, fresh (by REFERENCE) 4 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 3 cup Coconut Milk, original, Friendly Farms 4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 1 cup, chopped Kale 3 1tsp Canola Oil 4 tbsp diced green chillis (by JBARLEY-FREE)
Directions
Chop spices and herbs and fry in oil. Cube up all veg and simmer in stock. Add coconut milk, stir and cook for 1 hour. Serve
