Japanese-Inspired Pork Soup

1 lb Ground Pork 2 Green Onion stalks, minced1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Garlic, minced1 tsp Sake or white wine4 tsp Soy Sauce, Gluten Free7 cups Water4 tsp Roasted Chicken Base, Better Than Bouillon 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes2 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Miso Broth Concentrate
Combine raw ground pork with half of minced green onion, ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, sake or white wine, and 3 tsp of soy sauce reserving the remaining tsp for the broth. Brown pork mixture in a skillet over medium heat.
While the pork is browning, add 6 cups of water to a 2.5 quart sauce pan. Add the chicken bouillon and the reserved tsp of soy sauce, and bring the broth to a boil over medium high heat.
Add the browned pork, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Miso broth concentrate, remaining green onion, and 1 cup of water. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer 1 hour.
Serve hot as a broth or with pasta. Enjoy!
