Ingredients
3 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g) 1 serving Egg white, large 0.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 2 oz deli sliced ham, Primo Taglio, ham-off-the-bone, (2 oz=3 thin slices) 1 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.2 cup Spinach, fresh 0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Blend all the ingredients except ham in ninja blender Chop ham and place in silicone egg cups (7) Spray egg cups with olive oil spray Pour egg mixture over ham up to Pour 1 cup water into instant pot Place egg cups on trivet in instant pot Cook on steam for 9 minutes, then let naturally release
