8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tbsp Flax Seeds - Bob's Red Mill Organic Natural Raw Whole flaxseeds, srvg size= 2T 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 cup Arrowroot flour 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 4 oz Fage Greek Yogurt 2% plain

35 minutes in 350 oven - Also add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Left off ingredients list.
