Fat Head Bagels

Ingredients
1.5 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched (by DEECAKES34) 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Baking Powder 6 tsp Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning (by DSPTCHR911) 1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together. Stir. Add to stand mixer using paddle attachment. Add egg. Stir. Make sure cheese does wind around attachment. Incorporate egg. Add baking powder and almond flour. Mix well cleaning off paddle 1-2 times as needed. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in freezer. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Divide dough into 6 equal parts. Form into bagels and put on parchment paper. Brush tops with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and bake for 12-15 minutes until brown. Let cool completely. Store refrigerated.
