Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 8 ozPowdered Sugar, 4 cup, unsifted Flavoring - Your choice for amount and flavor, usually mint is used.Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Directions
Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and flavoring together. Use mint molds or just make balls. Dip each mint (completely covering) in sugar. Each molded mint is about a tsp in size.

Can be eaten right away or kept in the freezer.

Makes approx 250.
