Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 yellow pepper, chopped1/2 c. red onion, chopped1 can corn, drained1 can black beans, drained1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped1/4 c. olive oil4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1 tsp. lime juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let the dish chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
