cheese cake (low carb)

Ingredients
Crust1 cup Almonds (chopped) (or walnut, pecans etc)2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 T Erythritol Filling8 oz. Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 T Erythritol2 T taroni vanilla syrup1 t vanilla extract
Directions
Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Bake for 9 min at 350 degrees.

Combine the filling ingredients in a blender or bowl and use a hand blender. Pour over the hot crust and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. or until starting to brown.

Serving Size: 9-3 inch squares
