Chaffle - Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients
1 large Egg, beaten1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese1 Tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Heat Waffle Maker. Lightly beat egg and mix with Mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and baking soda. Spray waffle maker with coconut oil. Put 1/3 of batter into the center of waffle maker and close lid. Cook for 4 minutes or until desired brownness.
