sauteed broccoli rabe

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli rabe or chinese broccoli (boiled for 3 minutes and drained)2 Tbsp olive oil5 cloves of garlic2 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
cut and boil the broccoli rabe.
in a sauce pan sauté the garlic in olive oil.
after 3 or 4 minutes add the broccoli rabe, the crushed pepper and the salt. stir well. cook another 3-5 minutes. serve as a side dish. 4 1-cup servings.
