low carb double bacon cheeseburger casserole

Ingredients
0.2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 6 oz Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Kraft Real Mayo .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .33 serving shredded mozzarela cheese (super store) (by BOPEEP) 2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g) 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salts
Directions
preheat oven to 375 degrees
fry the onion and hamburger until thoroughly cooked and crumbled. drain.
in large bowl beat cream cheese and eggs til smooth and creamy.
add the mayo, baking powder and salt, mix well.
add the cheeses and mix to combine.
Stir in the beef and bacon and pour into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
bake for 25 - 30 min. until brown and bubbley. let cool 5 min and serve
