6 cups chopped Kale 2 small Apples, fresh with skin, chopped 2 stalks Green Onion, sliced25 g Cashews dry roast (bunk barn) (about 2 Tbsp)25 g Hungry hungry hippy trail mix Bulk Barn (about 2 Tbsp)2 Tb Maple Fave salad dressing by my Sarah**DRESSINGJuice of 1 lemon or "real lemon"; about 2 Tbsp2 tbsp Maple Syrup2 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustardsalt and pepper to tasteShake well. Yields about 1/3 c
Chop veggies. Massage kale until it is uniformly dark green to tenderize it. Chop apples, chop nuts, slice green onions and toss all together with dressing.
