Chop up the peppers, onion, and veggie sausage. I used pre-chopped garlic from a jar.
Cooked all the veggies and soyrizo in a large frying pan with spices. Cooked pasta separately and sated the vegan sausages. Mixed everything together for a spicy weeknight dinner.
