Vegan fruit cobbler

2 peeled and chopped bramley Apples 1 tsp Agave nectar syrup (1Tbsp, 21g) 1 fl oz Water, tap 1 tsp mixed spice 3 medium Peaches, fresh 2 pear, medium fresh .3 cup Granulated Sugar 1.3 cups) Flour, Self Raising (UK)0.25 cup Canola Oil .5 Alpro Oat Original (milk substitute) grams=ml
1. Peel, core and chop 2 cooking apples. Place in a saucepan with the agave syrup, mixed spice, and a splash of water. Simmer covered on a low heat until the apples are soft and breaking down.
2. Peel, core, and slice pears and peaches. Add to the apple mixture. Cover and cook a further 10 minutes on a low heat.
Transfer to a baking dish.
Preheat oven to gas mark 6/400f/200c
Make the cobbler.
3. Combine flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add the oil and last milk. Stir until just combined.
4. Drop the batter by the spoonful onto the fruit mixture.
5. Name for about 30-40 minutes, until the topping it golden and cooked through.
Let rest until slightly cooled.
Best served warm.
Serve on it's own or with warm custard.
