1/3 cup of Plain No Fat Yogurt (i used organic)1/4 cup of Blueberries (fresh or frozen)1/4 cup of Seedless Grapes (your choice which ones)1/4 cup of Spinach1 Small Banana1 Cup of ICE
combine all fruit in blender then add yogurt
mix till all ingredinents are a smooth liquid
add ice and mix till all ice is blended and no chucks are left
makes about 3 1-cup servings
(for a thicker smoothie add additional ice to mixture) this will also increase the serving size
