1.25 cup Yellow Self-Rising Corn Meal Mix (Martha White) (by TEXASDY) .5 tsp Salt .75 cup Flour, white 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8x8 square or 9" round pan. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix buttermilk and egg together in a separate bowl. Add liquid to dry ingredients until everything is moistened. Don't overmix. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.
