Ingredients
1 small whole grain tortilla, 2 slices cucumber, 1 slice tomatoe, 1 thin slice of low fat cheese, butter lettuce, 1 tablespoon low fat cream cheese, and a squeeze of ranch dressing.
Directions
Spread ONLY 1 tablespoon of low fat cream cheese on the tortilla. Then take the lettuce and put it in, slice the cucumber slices into strips and the tomatoe slice in half and add those in along with the low fat cheese. If you want a bit of extra flavour add a small amount of ranch dressing. Wrap it up and you're ready to eat!
