Keto Eggroll in a Bowl

Ingredients
16 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 3 clove Garlic 6 cup cabbage raw 3 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce 3 tsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Aminos Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce (5 mL) 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 2 tbs Rice VinegarSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat.
2. Brown sausage until done (approx. 8 minutes) adding garlic and salt pepper towards end of cooking (3-4 minutes left). Do not drain fat. Add cabbage and mix with meat.
3. Add hot sauce, aminos, and rice vinegar, mix with other ingredients and let cook additional 5-8 minutes until cabbage reaches your preferred doneness. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, taste and adjust salt and pepper to desired taste.

Serving Size: divide into 4 portions
