Breakfast egg cups spinach and cheese

Ingredients
8.0 large Egg4.0 cup Spinich, Fresh Express 0.5 cup Sargento Mexican Blend Cheese1.0 tsp Garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Use silicone muffin liners or grease muffin pan. Beat eggs in bowl salt and pepper to taste, beat in garlic powder. Saute spinach in olive oil season with salt. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups 1/2 full, tope with sauteed spinach and sprinkle with cheese. Stir to incorporate. Bake for 15-18minutes until browned and egg is cooked. Can freeze, reheat for 30 sec in microwave.
