Haley's Broccoli and Chicken Pizza Frittata

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh .33 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 4 large Egg white, fresh .5 1/4 Cup Great Value Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 6 Slices LandOFrost Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
Directions
- Separate 4 egg whites.
- Whisk egg whites until incorporated with bubbles.
- Chop and saute deli chicken and broccoli.
- Dice roma tomato.
- Pour egg whites into frittata dish.
- Add half of mozzarella to top of egg whites.
- Layer chicken and broccoli mix on top.
- Sprinkle on tomato.
- Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
