Crock Pot Mac 'n' Blue Cheese

Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cupMilk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 15 fl ozEgg, fresh, 1 largeSalt, .25 tspPepper, black, 1 dashCheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shreddedParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspBlue Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled, not packed*Macaroni, dry, enriched, 8 oz
Coat slow cooker with non-stick spray. Combine skim and evaporated milks, egg, salt, and pepper in cooker with whisk. Add cheddar and blue cheeses, and macaroni, stir with spatula until blended. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
Cook on LOW 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
