Ingredients
1 tsp Chili powder .5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) .5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) .5 tsp Garlic powder 2 1tsp Olive Oil 16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup Salsa 4 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
Directions
mix all spices in a large ziplock bag with 1 tsp oil. cut chicken in 1/2" pieces, and cut pepper and onion into thin strips. put chicken and veggies into bag and shake to disperse spices. put in fridge to marinate 15 minutes. heat oven to 350F and place contents of bag on sheet pan and bake until chicken is done.
serve two romaine lettuce leaves, or cut up one cup of romaine lettuce, place fajita mixture on top of lettuce and top with salsa.
