Fancy Smashed Potatoes (I used gold potatoes)

2.0 tbsp Butter, salted0.25 cup Sour Cream0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground1.0 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Salt6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw0.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
Quarter potatoes, boil in salted water. Cook about 15 minutes. Drain. Mash. Stir in rest of ingredients. Original recipes calls for 7 red potatoes and 1/4 cup milk. Serving Size: Yields 4 huge servings
