1 cup, chopped Kale 1 cup Spinach, fresh 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh .2 serving spring onions-1 medium (15g) 10 grams Zucchini 21mls Olive Oil 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 0.06 oz Almonds - Sliced - Fisher Naturals - 1 Tablespoon .25 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 tspn dill .25 tsp Dill weed, dried 2 dash Pepper, black
In 2 tsp olive oil, fry kale with salt and pepper and add on top in layers the spinach, mushrooms, spring onions and grate over zucchini. Add a third cup water and let sizzle off (all on low/slow heat). Scatter almonds and sesame seeds over top. Drizzle at sides of pan remaining olive oil and swirl around. Beat eggs and cream and pour over the lot. Cook on stove until top is semi cooked and finish in a hot over for a few mins. until set.
