3.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.5 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned3.0 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans20.0 tbsp Condiment - Pace Picante Sauce - Medium
Dump all ingredients in the Crock-Pot on low all day (8-10 hours), shred the chicken and serve. Top with cheese if you wish.
No need to drain beans or corn, and I use frozen chicken!
I typically serve this in a bowl by itself the first night. We have leftovers on tortillas or over rice later that week. Also, delicious with eggs!
