2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 4 tbsp Tahini 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 clove Garlic 0.25 cup Lemon Juice 0.75 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cumin seed
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender. Chill. Keeps for 5 days. Serving Size: Makes 8 quarter cup servings
