Ingredients
1.5 Boneless, skinless Chicken breast, cooked and sliced1 zucchini1 cup mushrooms, sliced1.5 cup carrots, sliced1 cup onion, chopped2 cup spinach, shredded8 cloves of garlic, chopped1 can Diced Tomatos2 cans Chicken broth1 cup Dried Lentils1 tsp crushed fennel seed2 Tbsp Black Pepper2 Tbsp Dried Basil1 Tbsp Oregano
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a Crock Pot. Cook for 4-6 hours on high heat.
