Crockpot Spicy 3 Bean Chili

2 (15 oz) cans reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed 2 (15 oz) cans no salt added dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed 2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles1 (14-ounce) can no salt addded tomato sauce3 tablespoons chipotle salsa chipotle pepper sauce1 large clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon ground cumin1 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon saltToppings:shredded sharp cheddar cheesesour cream OR plain Greek yogurtchopped cilantrotortilla chips or fritos
Combine all ingredients (except toppings), PLUS 1/2 cup water, in a crock pot. Mix well.
Cook chili over high heat for 2 to 3 hours OR over low heat for 6 to 8 hours (or until onions are tender).
Serve chili topped with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro (or your favorite toppings). Enjoy!
